Service Description. This Site describes Painting Services, Carpentry, Pressure Washing provided by Premium Paint Craftsmen. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://paintingservicesnorcross.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Premium Paint Craftsmen or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Premium Paint Craftsmen reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Premium Paint Craftsmen does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will Premium Paint Craftsmen's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Premium Paint Craftsmen from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under GA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in GA for any related dispute.
Updates. Premium Paint Craftsmen reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
